Warranty

Mircus' Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of Mircus products or those who have received them as gifts from the original purchaser, as long as they remain in their possession. This warranty is not transferable to any other individual.
During the warranty period, Mircus will replace or repair any defective product due to material or workmanship. The warranty period commences on the original shipment date, and the duration varies for different product series. Any replacements or repairs do not extend the original warranty period.
There are certain exclusions to the warranty, including products not sold through Mircus website, counterfeit products, or products purchased from third party seller. Also, any damages, defects, or failures caused by modifications, attempted fixes, or alterations made by the owner, deliberate destruction, improper power supply, or exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or water are not covered.
If a product is found to have defects covered by the Limited Warranty, Mircus will either repair or replace the product or any defective parts free of charge. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
To be eligible for warranty service, the customer must provide proof of purchase indicating the order date, a picture showing the issue, and a detailed description of the defect/fault. Claims must be made within the specified warranty period, and the customer can contact Mircus' customer support team at support@mircus.com.
