Confirmation Email

At Mircus, we understand the importance of keeping our customers informed about their orders. That's why our system automatically sends out notification emails at three important steps in the order process:
  1. Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming your order as soon as you finish the payment process.
  2. Delivery Confirmation: Once your package has been sent from our warehouse, you'll receive an email confirming the delivery details.
  3. Refund Notification: If a refund has been issued for your order, you'll receive an email letting you know that the refund has been processed through our online store.
If you haven't received any of these notification emails, there could be a few reasons. It's possible that you registered with a different or incorrect email address, or that the email ended up in your spam or trash folder. To check the status of your order, you can log into your Mircus account and click on the "My Orders" button. From there, you can view the payment status of your order and any other details related to your purchase.
