We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may be delivered to you in a damaged condition. At Mircus, we have policies in place to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Items That Doesn’t Meet Your Expectation:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the package without any quality problem or damage within 7 business days of receiving it. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return delivery fee, and a 10% restocking fee will be charged from the refund. Once we receive the package and confirm that the mirror is in safe and sound condition, we will issue the refund to you promptly.
Wrong or Damaged Items:
Please note that mirrors are a fragile category, and we cannot guarantee that they will not be damaged during transport. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
When you receive your package, please inspect the outer packaging carefully. If you notice any breakage, take a photo and open the package carefully. If the mirror is also broken inside the package, please report the problem to our customer service team promptly within 3 business days of receiving it.
If you report the issue more than 3 business days after receiving the package, it may be difficult for us to determine the responsible party for the breakage, and you may not be eligible for a full refund for your order. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we will determine whether to issue a partial or full refund or exchange the item, depending on the condition of the mirror received. You can keep the item, regardless of our decision.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that we are unable to process returns for the following:
- Products that have been assembled or installed;
- Products that are not in their original condition or packaging;
- Items purchased from a third-party provider and not directly from Mircus' website.
How to Return & Refund
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via email at support@mircus.com and provide details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. If the return is due to quality issues, please attach photographs including the front and back view of the outer carton, a photo of the outer carton that clearly shows the shipping label, a photo of the mirror that clearly shows the quality problem, and a photo that shows the protective materials around the mirror inside the package.
- We will reply within two business days with considerate and specific suggestions and steps for the return process.
- We will inspect the attached photographs to ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition and have the issues stated in the return request.
- Once the return is confirmed, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any rush service shipping fee from your original order is non-refundable.
